 It took months for QAC Commissioner James Moran to negotiate bureaucracy but Monday he saw his vision become a reality with the placement of an Opioid Awareness sign near the Bay Bridge, visible to both the East and West bound lanes of Route 50. Moran was joined Monday by fellow advocates Sheriff Gary Hofmann and Kathy and Warren Wright of the Queen Anne's County Drug-Free Coalition. "We could not have accomplished this without Governor Larry Hogan and Boyd Rutherford(Lt.
