County Administrator Gregg Todd Gives His Wrap-Up of the Nov. 8th Commissioners' Meeting


Meeting began on Tuesday at 8:30 with and Administrative Session to discuss Board and Commissions There was consensus taken during the closed session on holding for a later date the appointments to 3 boards (Planning Commission, Kent Narrows Development Foundation and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board). The following appointments were approved in open session:

Commission on Aging – Toni Breeding, Karen Prado, Richard Ryan and Bonnie Walter
Board of Appeals – Kenneth Scott, Bill Moore as alternate
Economic Development Commission – Jim Brown, Don Gross, Royce Herman, Bill Stoops and William Tumulty
Electrical Examiners & Supervisors – Rick Davis
Employee Awards Committee – Jenny Sargent
Friends of Historic Christ Church – James Butera
Plumbing Board – Scott Jones, Robert Pardoe, Zeke Warner

Tab 2, DPW:
1. Systematic Replacement of Two (2) Roads Division Vehicles – total bids $57,208 – approved
2. Crane Truck Replacement - $99,639 – approved
3. Grasonville Hospitality Management LLC Public Works Agreement (Denny’s) – approved
4. 2011 Comprehensive Water and Sewerage Plan (CWSP) Amendment 11-10 – two properties, Kalvaitis for water and Eastern Pre-Release Camp for sewer – this is information, hearing on Nov 22
