CENTREVILLE – Queen Anne’s County teachers, police officers, EMTs, dispatchers and volunteer fire fighters interested in buying their first home are invited to attend an April 4th informational seminar on the county’s Critical Workforce Program.

This program was created to retain and thank those in these professions that are so critical to county citizens, said Housing Program Administrator Brittany Brady,

The program offers zero percent interest, deferred payment loans, with the amount not to exceed $50,000 or 33% of the value of the purchase price, whichever is less.

Tom Boeshore of Rosendale Realty, Dan Tinnin of Bay Capital Mortgage and Ms. Brady will give the free informational presentation April 4, from 7-9 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express in Grasonville. For more information contact Ms. Brady at 410-758-3977 or go to qac.org and use the key words Critical Workforce Housing Program.
