County Administrator Gregg Todd's Wrap Up of the April 25th QAC Commissioners' Meeti

Folks,

Meeting began at 5:30, we kept is short as the Budget Hearing/Constant Yield Hearing began at 7:00. There is one more budget hearing tonight at 7:00 at Sudlersville Middle School.

Tab 3, Action Items:

1. 1st Amendment to Lease, the Gardens of Queen Anne - amendment addresses property tax issue, land use for Phase II, disposition of dirt stockpile, offsite APF requirements – approved

2. EOC Technology Upgrades – grant funded, Cenero LLC, $102,719 – approved

3. KNDF budget request for FY2018 – request for additional FY18 funding for KNDF, came in after budget process – hold until final budget discussions

4. Budget Amendment CC-21 – Conquest Greenhouse, increases budget authority to make improvements from funds received thru contract growing – approved

5. Budget Amendment CC-22 – Moderately Priced Dwelling Units – provides budget authority for new loans based on fee-in-lieu revenue received – approved

3. MDTA – Bay Bridge response letter from Pete Rahn to letter commissioners sent – We will respond with another letter

6. MDP – MD Historical Trust Preservation Easement letter from new easement administrator

7. MDE – Two Suns Farm LLC, water appropriation permit

8. P&Z Monthly Department Report – March 2017

9. RFP Fiber Optic Broadband Network request from ABB that the commissioners reject all of the bids…. No action taken

10. Friends of QAC Library – 2 funding letters

11. Bramble - MDOT Priority Letter

12. Delmarva Power letter – intent to place the Church Substation to Oil City Substation
