The Queen Anne's County Housing Authority is governed by a five-member board which is responsible for managing the County's low and moderate income housing developments. 

Admission to the housing units is governed by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's regulations.  Applicants who meet these criteria are housed on a first-come, first-served basis based on an applicant waiting list.  Rent and income guidelines are subject to change without notice.

  •   Foxxtown
  •   Grasonville Terrace
  •   Riverside Estates
  •   Terrapin Grove
