Queen Anne’s County Launches New Utilities Access Portal with Auto Pay and Water Usage Alerts
Queen Anne’s County Sanitary District is pleased to announce the launch of its new Utilities Access Portal, giving property owners convenient online tools to manage their accounts. The portal is designed to improve customer service, streamline account management, and support water conservation efforts.
Through the new Utilities Access Portal, customers can:
- Enroll in Auto Pay. *Auto pay is available to property owners only at this time.
- View and pay bills online at any time.
- Easily manage account information.
New features for water customers include:
- Daily water consumption tracking to monitor household usage.
- Leak alerts to detect unusual activity and address leaks sooner.
- Usage spike alerts to identify potential issues early and conserve water.
These enhancements make managing utility accounts more convenient while also helping customers take steps to save water and prevent costly leaks.
Getting Started is Simple:
- Visit www.qacpay.org.
- Click “Pay Your Utility Bill or Special Benefit Assessment.”
- Sign in or create a new account.
- Add your utility account (utility account number and customer number needed).
- Enroll in Auto Pay and/or activate water usage alerts. *Auto pay is available to property owners only at this time.
