Queen Anne’s County Emergency Rental Assistance Program Now Taking Applications

Rental and utility assistance are available to assist households in Queen Anne’s County who have experience financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Applications being accepted starting on May 1, 2021

Eligibility requirements include:

  • Obligated to pay rent on a residential dwelling
  • Display a financial hardship due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
  • Risk of housing instability
  • Household annual income must be at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI)
