Queen Anne’s County Emergency Rental Assistance Program is Here to Help!

 

Are you a Queen Anne’s County renter at risk of being evicted due to COVID-19 related issues?  The Queen Anne’s County Emergency Rentals Assistance Program is ready to help!

 

Rental and Utility Assistance is available for households in Queen Anne’s County who can meet the following eligibility requirements:

 

  • Obligated to pay rent on a residential dwelling
  • Display a financial hardship due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
  • Risk of housing instability
  • Household annual income must be at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI)
