The remains of Personnel Specialist 1^st Class Xavier Alec Martin of the US Navy will be escorted through Queen Anne’s County on Thursday, June 29^th around 11:30 am. The escort will leave Dover around 11:00 am and will travel through Route 19 to Southbound 301 toward the Bay Bridge and on to Randallstown Maryland.
