For Immediate Release

Emergency Shelters are Opening in Queen Anne’s County

If residents living in flood prone areas do not have friends or family to stay with, the County opened Emergency Shelters at 6:30 am at the following location:

• Centreville Middle School

231 Ruthsburg Road

Centreville MD

21617

Pet are welcome at Queen Anne’s County Emergency Shelters. Do not leave your pets behind. Those residents sheltering in their homes should be prepared with enough supplies for everyone in their home, including their pets. Make sure you have flashlights, a battery-powered radio and extra batteries.
