New Online Registration and Renewal for Electricians Launches May 1
The Queen Anne’s County Planning and Zoning Department is pleased to announce that Master Electricians and Restricted Electricians can now apply online to register or renew their credentials through the Citizen Self Service Portal.
Starting May 1, 2025, at 12:00 pm, Master and Restricted Electricians can apply online to register or renew their credentials through the Queen Anne’s County Citizen Self Service Portal. This is a renewal year—all current registrations and licenses will expire on June 30, 2025. Electricians can renew for the 2025–2027 Cycle beginning May 1st.
The new online system allows:
- Master Electricians to register for or renew registrations
- Restricted Electricians to apply for or renew licenses
- Easy online document upload, secure payment, and real-time status tracking
