Area Agency on Aging & County Ride
The mission of the Area Agency on Aging is to provide services to its constituents in order to enable them to lead full, productive lives with dignity and purpose. Assisting persons with finding support to maintain individual independence and choice when at all possible, will be of primary importance. A focus on opportunity for service to the community will be maintained.
County Ride - Assisting and increasing the transportation and mobility options of Queen Anne's County residents. Committed to providing quality transit services for the general public and specialized services for seniors and persons with disabilities who are unable to use the fixed-route public system.
Maryland Access Point - Assess, learn and search for long-term support information and services throughout Maryland.
QAC Senior Summit - An annual themed event that brings Seniors and Resources together.
Commission on Aging - An advisory body as required by the Older Americans Act that is patterned after the Maryland Commission on Aging. It is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
