It was Budget hearings week this week and last night was the last of 3 nights of hearings. I do want to clarify one thing; the compensation for FY19 includes a 2% COLA but no Pay For Performance for County employees. 

Tab 3, Action:

1. An Agreement from MDA for Noxious Weed Control – approved

2. Capital Request for Vehicles from Community Services – (2) 2018 Chevrolet Traverse through Sport Chevrolet Co. Inc. in Silver Spring, Maryland for the approved purchase price of $55,794 for a savings of $4,206 per originally budgeted amount – approved

3. Title VI, 2018-2020 Implementation Plan of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Resolution 18-08 to be included in the FY2019 Grant Request for the Queen Anne’s County/County Ride Program – approved

4. Community Partnership Agreement (CPA)-FY2018 – approved

5. Resolution to place a lien on a property – approved

6. Broadband Advisory Board Appointment – District 1, Debbie Bowden, District 1, Adam Weinstein District 4 – approved

7. Board of Building Appeals Appointment Arthur Ebersberger – approved

8. Liquor Board Appointment reappoint Maurice Dashiell to a four year term on the Liquor Board to begin July 2, 2018 and end June 30, 2022 and to appoint Timothy Hibbard to a four year term on the Liquor Board to begin immediately and end June 30, 2022. – approved

9. Aging Commission Appointment - Judy Kropfelder and Loretta Morris to a four year term on the Aging Commission to begin effective immediately and end December 31, 2022. – approved

10. Semiannual Property Tax Payment Service Fee – no fee approved

11. Terrapin Nature Park-Program Open Space Land Conversion – approved
