QAC “Housing Authority” is the organization that leases the Riverside Estate Apartments. The Housing Authority, which is not part of QAC Government, collects all money generated by this property, as well as the other three other locations in the County.
The QAC Gov’t was made aware of mold concerns at Riverside and installed air scrubbers in each unit as a temporary measure to address concerns while proposals were sought for a permanent fix. The County appreciates the citizen concerns raised in recent social media posts and will continue to be diligent.
