Local senior center members are invited to attend up to 35 free training sessions at The Edge Arena in Stevensville. The Queen Anne’s County Area Agency on Aging in partnership with The Edge is offering training activities such as Frisbee throw, football throw, ring toss, bocce ball and walking. The sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and begin November 13th through March 30, 2020.
These sessions are open to all QAC Senior Center Members. New members may sign up at any QAC senior center. There is no limit to how many sessions may be attended. Equipment will be provided and activities will be self-guided. Those with questions may call 410-758-0848 ext. 2715.
