Queen Anne’s County Government is currently experiencing issues with a few phone lines across multiple departments. While we work with our phone carrier to repair the issue, you can contact any department by calling (410) 758-0322 and then when you hear the auto-attendant pick up, simply dial the last 4 digits of the department’s phone number that you’re trying to reach.
For example, if you are trying to reach Planning and Zoning’s Permit section, the number is (410) 758-4088. If you call that number and get a busy signal you can dial (410) 758-0322 instead, and then press 4088 on your keypad once the auto-attendant picks up to be directed to Permitting.
