Queen Anne’s County Parks and Recreation will temporarily close Ferry Point Park, including the boardwalk from the Chesapeake Heritage and Visitors Center on Thursday October 16, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Crews will be working to manage invasive plant species along the boardwalk and throughout the park.
This important maintenance helps preserve the natural habitat and improve conditions for all users. We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding during this brief closure. Work is subject to change due to weather conditions.
