Queen Anne’s County announces the availability of Warming Centers open during the upcoming periods of cold weather. These locations provide a warm, safe environment with access to restrooms and drinking water for individuals needing relief from low temperatures.

Queen Anne’s County Senior Centers 

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

Grasonville Senior Center

Availability of Warming Centers may change due to weather-related closures. Residents are encouraged to check county websites or call facilities directly before traveling, monitor local weather forecasts, and follow official county communications for updates. Community members are also reminded to check on neighbors, especially older adults and those without reliable heat, during periods of extreme cold. Updates regarding weather impacts, facility availability, and additional resources will be shared through qac.org, county social media channels, and local media outlets.
