9. Housing Bond Allocation Transfer 2018 – Department of Housing & Community Development as described and recommended by the Department of Community Services – Housing Division – approved

10. Budget Amendment CC-1 Kent Transportation Plan – 80% funded through BMC and 20% through County (developer extractions) – approved

11. Budget Amendment CC-2 Baltimore Metropolitan Council Grant – reflects new BMC grant funding amount – approved
