Meeting began at 5:20 with an administrative session for an Ethics Commission appointment and Broadband Advisory Council appointments. There was a consensus in closed session and vote in open session for the appointment of Jerry Jordan to the Ethics Commission and Joyce Jones and Scott Seaborne to the Broadband Advisory Council
