[ARCHIVED] County Administrator Gregg Todd's Wrap Up of the Sept. 11 Commissioners' Meeting


Folks,

Meeting started at 8:45 with admin session for two boards; the Housing Authority and the Spending Affordability Committee. Consensus was taken to hold the Housing Authority appointment and reappoint Anne Welsh to Spending Affordability Committee. Vote was taken in open session.

 

Tab 2, DPW:

  • MDOT Annual Tour Information – tour is next Tuesday at 3:00
  • On a motion made by Jack Wilson, a vote was taken to hold on the demolition of the old Crumpton Senior Center to allow Jack to work with the community on possible alternate uses.


Tab 3, Action Items:

1. Certificate of Need letter of support for Shore Health – approved

2. Rural Legacy Grant Agreement for Foreman Branch properties - $1,315,435 – approved

3. Request for Extension for Development Review Fee Reimbursement for Dogwood Acres (Matapeake) – approved

4. Property Liens – approved

5. TA 18-08 Minimum lot width for multifamily development in the Grasonville Neighborhood Commercial (GNC), Grasonville Village Commercial (GVC), Stevensville Historic Village Center (SHVC) and Town Center (TC) zoning districts – requires Patrick to draft an ordinance – approved

6. Budget Amendment CC-9 – Housing and Community Services – reflects actual grant award – approved
