Meeting started at 8:45 with admin session for two boards; the Housing Authority and the Spending Affordability Committee. Consensus was taken to hold the Housing Authority appointment and reappoint Anne Welsh to Spending Affordability Committee. Vote was taken in open session.

- On a motion made by Jack Wilson, a vote was taken to hold on the demolition of the old Crumpton Senior Center to allow Jack to work with the community on possible alternate uses.
