Public Safety Communication Facility (911 Center) Renovation Design Contract Award – This is a design and construction management contract with Becker Morgan Group of Salisbury in the amount of $29,750 for the renovation of the Public Safety Communications Facility – 911 Center. APPROVED

Roads

Programmed Hot Mix Asphalt Work (HMA) - This is the State procured hot mix asphalt contract with David A. Bramble for “Milling/Paving & Patching various roads in Queen Anne’s County for an amount of 1,743,425. We have 12.7 miles of HMA programmed for this season. APPROVED

Sanitary 

Cloisters/Bay Cove Development - Public Works Agreement - Amendment No. 1 – This amendment allows for the delay of the completion of the Developer’s portion of the Connector Road, as well as upgrading the existing sewer transmission main, until the issuance of the 165th building permit. APPROVED

Outside Agency Community Budget Letter – This is a letter drafted to inform and prepare members of the Outside Agency Community that future County grants will not be awarded for operating expenses and that they may be asked to attend a future meeting and make a presentation. APPROVED

Grounds Use & Stadium Turf Agreements for signature – This is the renewed Grounds Use Agreement and a new Stadium Turf Agreement outlining maintenance responsibilities, scheduling, fees etc. The BOE has approved these agreements. APPROVED

Property Liens – this is a series of resolutions to placing liens on properties listed for nuisance violations (to recover grass cutting fees paid by the County). APPROVED

Additional Data Storage for Computer System Network - This is for the purchase two (2) additional data storage devices from Fuse Solutions at a total purchase price of $168,154.80 (one (1) for the County Computer Network and one (1) for the DES Computer Network). APPROVED

Desk Item - Letter to the Housing Authority and Jeremy White offering meeting space at our Senior Centers and to appear at future Commissioner Meetings. APPROVED

Desk Item – Letter to support QAC Opioid Education Partnership Grant application for the Board of Education. APPROVED
