Island Dog Park Closed Wednesday – Thursday for Improvements
Queen Anne’s County Parks and Recreation announces improvements and maintenance to the Island Dog Park located at the end of Church Street and next to Bayside Elementary School in Stevensville. The improvements include installing a new water line, adding new material and expanding the existing sand box area. The park will be closed Wednesday, August 19th through Thursday, August 20th and reopen Friday, August 21st. The Parks and Recreation Department appreciates the public’s understanding of the closure so that the improvements can be made.
