Update on Vaccine Clinics in Queen Anne’s County
We have received a tremendous response from our residents that are interested in getting vaccinated through our “Interest List”. The number of requests far exceeds the supply we are currently receiving. Priority will continue to be for Queen Anne’s County residents over the age of 65 and those that work in Queen Anne’s County and fall into 1A, 1B or 1C categories.
For our education and childcare providers, you are a priority and we are working with your employer and the Board of Education to get your appointments rescheduled. Vaccine will be set aside for this group each week until we complete your vaccinations.
We know that many of our residents are anxious and that they haven’t been contacted yet for an appointment. Rest assured that we have your information if you filled out the “Interest List” and are working our way through based on the current priorities set by Maryland Department of Health.
To sign up on our “Interest List” visit qaccovid.org and click the image that says “Are you Interested in Getting Vaccinated for COVID-19”, or visit this direct link https://www.qac.org/FormCenter/Online-Forms-5/COVID19-Vaccine-Interest-Contact-Informa-60
If you have already signed up on our vaccination “Interest List” you do not need to sign up again. Signing up multiple times does not change your priority and only delays our staff who are working diligently to get residents scheduled.
Our call center is available for residents that need assistance signing up for an appointment that have already been contacted by the Health Department or need assistance signing up on the “Interest List”. The phone number is (443)262-9909. Staff will be answering calls Monday-Friday from 8-4 PM.
