QAC Call for Food Vendors for Annual Independence Day Celebration
Plans are currently underway for this year’s Annual Independence Day Celebration, and we are accepting applications for food vendors. The celebration will be on July 4. We are not duplicating any food service, so please indicate on your application all items that you plan to offer during the event. Vendor spaces and allowed services will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis only after receiving your organizations completed paperwork and payment.
To ensure the safety of the vendors and the community space is limited. Food vendors must indicate the exact size of space needed for their set-up (trailer, EZ-up tents, tables, equipment, etc.).

This year’s event will take place in the parking lot of the old outlets due to a scheduled improvements at our Chesapeake Heritage and Visitors Center. Due to limited space, there will be a max of six (6) food vendors permitted. We will announce more details about the event and how the change in venue will affect the entertainment as we get closer.
