Queen Anne’s County Local Management Board Announces Out of School Time Grant
The Queen Anne’s County Department of Community Services Local Management Board (LMB) is pleased to announce the availability of Out of School Time Grant for After School/Out of School Time Programs and Clubs. The Queen Anne’s County Commissioners have proposed $100,000 in their fiscal year 2024 budget to fund additional Out of School Time activities.
Applications open from June 1, 2023, through the end of day on June 30, 2023.
The QAC After School/Out of School Time Program Initiative seeks proposals from organizations that demonstrate the energy, organizational capacity, and sustainable long-term influence necessary to improve the quality of life for the community. Successful applicants will provide innovative and effective responses to recognized community needs, with a focus on youth engagement, social competency skills, academic performance, and increased school attendance.
Grant Details:
- Total Funding Available: $100,000.00
- Grant Period: Award through June 30, 2024
- Grant Range: Proposal requests may not exceed $100,000. Multiple grants of less than $100,000 may be awarded.
- Eligible Programs: Out of School Time Programs and Clubs serving students in grades K-12.
