Queen Anne's and Caroline County Free Laptop Program
Eligibility Requirements:
• Residency: Must be a resident of Queen Anne’s County or Caroline County.
o Must show proof of address, for example a bill or mail with the applicants name on it.
• Income Requirements: Applicants must be enrolled in at least one government assistance program or meet specific federal poverty guidelines required by the state. I’ve attached the household income chart for your reference and provided the government assistance programs that automatically qualify an applicant below:
o Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
o Medicaid
o Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
o Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
o Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
o Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
o Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
o Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
• Limit: Only one laptop per household/address
