The Queen Anne’s County Department of Community Services Wins Honorable Mention in Social Sector Hero of the Year Award
Queen Anne’s County is proud to announce that the Department of Community Services has received an Honorable Mention in Clear Impact’s Inaugural Social Sector Hero of the Year Award. This recognition celebrates organizations worldwide that demonstrate measurable impact, transparency, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The Department of Community Services was honored in the Social Sector Hero of the Year Award category for its dedication to transparency in reporting data and using that information to drive continuous improvement. The department strives to provide services that help individuals and families lead full, productive lives with dignity and purpose. As an Honorable Mention, the Department of Community Services will receive a Results-Based Accountability Professional Certification course, valued at $2,250, to further enhance its capacity to achieve measurable outcomes for the county.
