CENTREVILLE - The Division of Housing and Community Services will be holding a First-Time Homebuyers Counseling Class on Tuesday, December 1, 2015. The event will be held at the Community Services Building (formerly known as the Kramer Center) 104 Powell Street, Centreville from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The First Time Home Buying Counseling classes are a requirement for the County’s Critical Workforce and Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Second Mortgage Programs. For the guidelines, including income limitations to both of these programs please visit our website at www.qacdhcs.org.

You must leave your name, address, phone number and number of persons attending in order to receive the program materials.

Two industry professionals will be available to answer questions with respect to the home-buying process: Jacob Bryan, Loan Officer with Academy Mortgage and Denise J. Hering, Settlement Officer with Brilliant Title Corporation.
Jacob Bryan has been with Academy Mortgage since October. Jacob and his wife opened the a branch for Academy Mortgage Corp in Easton and earned the achievement of the Top Producer’s Club within his first two years of being with the company.
Denise J. Hering has been in the title business for over 20 years. She is the office Manager and a licensed settlement officer for Brilliant Title Corporation, where she has been employed for over 3 years. She is dedicated to ensuring the settlement process goes smoothly.
