[ARCHIVED] Captain Eldridge Meredith Honored by Gov. Hogan

Gov. Larry Hogan appointed 90-year-old Captain Eldridge Meredith as the 101st admiral of Chesapeake Bay on Jan. 26th.  Capt. Meredith is a Queen Anne's County waterman, charter boat captain and owner of a seafood company.

The Blacks of the Chesapeake Foundation is presenting a Community & Family Celebration & Living History Project: Captain Eldridge Meredith A Quintessential Waterman February 23, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Hilton Garden Inn, 3206 Main Street | Grasonville, MD 21638.
