SWIM CLASSES & TRX CLASSES for 55+

For the month of MARCH 2017

Your QAC Senior Centers are partnering with

155 Sallitt Drive, Stevensville

ADULT SWIM CLASS 

Dates:  Tuesdays March 7, 14, 21, & 28
$20 fee: four one-hour swim classes w/ instructor (11:00-12:00)

OR

Dates:  Thursdays March 9, 16, 23, & 30

$20 fee: four one-hour “Open Swim” sessions (11:00-12:00)

($40 for Tuesdays and Thursdays)

TRX FITNESS CLASS

Dates: Tuesdays March 7, 14, 21, & 28

$20 fee: four TRX sessions with instructor (11:15-12:00)

OR

Dates: Thursdays March 9, 16, 23, & 30 

$20 fee: four TRX sessions with instructor (11:15-12:00)

($40 for Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Sign-up Today at the Senior Center or at FitnessRx…Space is Limited; all participants must be a member of the senior center.
