Join us in celebrating National Family Caregivers Month!

National Family Caregivers Month is recognized all across the country, meant to honor the more than 50 million people who give support to those who need it most, their loved ones. Celebrated every November, it's a time to be thankful for the work they provide and offers the opportunity to raise awareness of caregiving issues, educate communities, and increase support for local caregivers.

There are tons of amazing organizations across the country, locally and federally, that help support caregivers. If you would like to learn more about what the Administration for Community Living is doing to help our seniors and those that support them, read their most recent report to Congress on the National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers that was started in 2022.

If you know of anyone who acts as a caregiver, either in your life or in the life of someone you know, take the time to thank them for the job that they do. Let them know that they are appreciated and are helping make the world a better place.
