Bidding Documentation

Prospective bidders may pre-register online for the sale no later than one week prior to the tax sale date. You must be registered on the website and pay a non-refundable registration fee of $100 in order to participate in the auction. 

All corporate bidders shall be registered in their full corporate names and must be qualified to conduct business as a domestic or foreign corporation in the State of Maryland. Any sale made to a bidder who is later found not qualified to conduct business in the State of Maryland will be voided.

Tax Sale Date

The next tax sale will occur on May 19, 2026 (the 3rd Tuesday of May) and will be held online at https://queenannes.marylandtaxsale.com/ .

Property Listings

A listing of the properties will be found in the Record Observer and online at https://queenannes.marylandtaxsale.com/ . The online list will be updated weekly. The newspaper list will not be updated weekly to reflect paid accounts.
