Department Responsibilities

The utility billing section of the Department of Budget & Finance - Treasury Division is responsible for the billing and collection of the County water and sewer system and benefit assessments. Payments for the water and sewer bills can be made at any Queenstown Bank branch, just have your account number with you.

In the event of a Sewer Backup or Loss of Water, please call the Sanitary District first at 410-643-3535, before contacting a plumber.
