Route 18 Park

Route 18 Park concession stand allows you to cook food at the facility or sell pre-packaged items.   Equipment that is provided by the owner is a fridge/freezer combo, flat top grill with exhaust system, 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink, storage cabinets with counters, overhead shelving, outside propane tank, used oil tank and an ac unit.  The awarded concessionaire holds all responsibilities for the health department food permit.  The owner will be responsible for the initial cleaning of the exhaust system, all subsequent years it is the reasonability of the lessee. 

Sports Schedule

• Youth Baseball/Softball runs April thru June
• Youth Soccer runs September thru October

Minimum Bid amount is $1,500.
